NFL Mock Draft: Part X
The Rams really don't have much of a choice. They need to take a QB in order to be competitive again.
He's the best player in the draft, and the Lions need to put somebody on that D-line.
The Bucs have their QB in Freeman, so now the defensive side of the ball is the concern. Their D-line is bad and McCoy is one of the top rated players in this draft.
The best O-Line prospect who will give the Redskins some much needed improvement on their weak line.
Berry is an Ed Reed clone who should be a great asset to the Kansas City secondary.
A very solid blocker who could be their answer at LT for years to come. After trading for Charlie Whitehurst, it doesn't look like they'll opt for a QB here.
His 40 time at his pro day made up for his poor performance at the combine. I think now he has solidified himself as a top 10 pick.
The Raiders do usually go for athletes with great 40 times but that doesn't apply when picking on the Offensive Line. Just look at former #2 overall selection Robert Gallery.
Clausen will be the answer to the prayers of Bills fans. I don't think he will really have to compete for the starting job in Buffalo, it seems like the second he is drafted the job will be his to lose.
A stud pass rusher with a lot of potential. If you put him opposite Aaron Kampman, the Jags then have one of the best pass rushes in the league.
A top 5 talent who would is a great anchor for the Broncos 3-4 defense. It doesn't look like Brandon Marshall is going any where so I don't see them taking a WR.
Wow, a remarkable scenario for the Dolphins, that keeps looking more and more like it will happen. Bryant would be the playmaker that Miami has needed for years now, and could help Chad Henne grow into an all-pro QB.
He's a surprisingly athletic OT who can play either Left or Right side.
Best player available and could be the answer for the Seahawks trouble on the D-Line. They ranked near the bottom of the league in sacks.
A very solid DT with great size and athleticism. He would be an extremely good tackle who would help out their group of LB's.
A very productive player with great athleticism. He'll be an immediate starter at the DE spot.
A ball-hawking safety who would be a great addition to the lack luster secondary in San Fran.
They might take an O-Lineman, but Spiller is the best player available and gives them a "lightning" to Mendenhall's "Thunder".
Graham is projected as a 3-4 OLB but has always played the 4-3 DE spot. He'll get them plenty of sacks along the D-line.
After losing Dunta Robinson to the Falcons, the Texans are desperate for a starting corner.
They've drafted two players out of USC early in the draft the past 2 years and won't mind going back to the pool of talent coming out of Souther Cal.
The prototype 3-4 OLB who will be a perfect fit in the Pats Defense.
They just released Will Weatherspoon and have no great players at the linebacker spot.
He is a stud pass-catcher who will open things up for Joe Flacco and the newly acquired Anquan Boldin.
Very versatile blocker who could play either Guard spot or Center.
This is a Jerry Jones-type move. The Cowboys have needed a Safety for a few years now, and will gladly plug in Taylor Mays in their secondary.
They lost Jamal Williams, but it looks like they only guy who could fill that spot is Terrance Cody who is out of shape and not a highly touted prospect. Mathews has seen his stock sore and could be just like Donald Brown from a year ago.
A very athletic End who could be very, very good. Fits perfect into Rex Ryan
A strong DT that can replace Pat Williams. He could very well go much higher than this.
The best Offensive Tackle left. There's no way they will go any direction except Offensive Line.
Very productive at Penn St. and very athletic. He is oddly similar to the Saints' Sedrick Ellis.

NFL Mock Draft V 9.0

His 40 time at his pro day made up for his poor performance at the combine. I think now he has solidified himself as a top 10 pick.
The Raiders always want the athletic, freakish-type players. Campbell ran a 4.8 and is 6'7. His measurables are off the charts and he fills a need along their O-Line.

He's a surprisingly athletic OT who can play either Left or Right side.
A very solid DT with great size and athleticism. He would be an extremely good tackle who would help out their group of LB's.
A very productive player who got 12 sacks last year. He'll be an immediate starter at the DE spot.
A ball-hawking safety who would be a great addition to the lack luster secondary in San Fran.
Iupati is a gigantic body who could play almost anywhere on their O-Line. He would help keep Big Ben on his feet and Mendenhall running down field.
Griffen had a great outing at the combine and would be the ideal fit to be a 4-3 DE in Atlanta's defense.
They could use help on defense, but Davis is too good to pass up on at the OT position.
They just released Will Weatherspoon and have no great players at the linebacker spot.
He is a stud pass-catcher who will open things up for Joe Flacco and the newly acquired Anquan Boldin.
He has versatility and can play either ILB or OLB for the Cardinals 3-4 Defense.
An explosive, big receiver who would be a a very good addition to play with Mile Austin and the struggling Roy Williams.
A versatile blocker who can play Center or Guard at the next level. The Colts have come out and said that the O-line was their weak link in the super bowl.
Very productive at Penn St. and very athletic. He is oddly similar to the Saints' Sedrick Ellis.

NFL Mock Draft V 7.0 (including Round 2)
The best player in the draft. Look for this pick to possibly be traded to Tampa Bay.
A more athletic prospect than Suh, but not nearly as strong and not as productive.
Outstanding defensive player with great speed (4.40). All he seems to do is make plays and cause takeaways.
The best O-Line prospect who will give the Redskins some much needed improvement on their weak line.
A stud ILB that will be the heart of that KC Defense for years. Remember this is the same GM that drafted Jerod Mayo at a high spot last year.
The Seahawks need a successor for Hasselbeck, and he may have to start this year due all of Matt Hasselbeck's injuries.
Although he ran a 4.60, the Browns are reportedly in love with this guy.
A freakish athlete that is the exact kind of guy that Al Davis goes after.
In my opinion, the best Quarterback in this draft, and could be a great steal for the Bills franchise.
After placing a tender on Brandon Marshall it doesn't look like he's leaving. Davis would shore up their Offensive line needs and be a good value at this point.
Miami Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland has come out and openly said that the team needs "big play-makers" and guys who can get "chunk" yardage.
A guy who could go as high as 5, but as low as 23. His stock is tough to figure out.
Best Running Back available; very versatile. A Reggie Bush-type player that can replace the lack luster Julius Jones.
A ball-hawking safety with great speed and very fluid hips. He just roams the secondary like a centerfielder.
Has the much potential to be a Julius Peppers/Jevon Kearse type player.
I don't think that Coach Mike Singletary can pass up on a hard-hitting, athletic defensive player like Taylor Mays.
I know this is a huge reach here, but the Steelers absolutely need a CB. Wilson had a very productive season and a great combine. The steelers usually take guy a little higher than usual so don't be surprised if this happens.
Fast-rising defensive end prospect who only seems to be getting better.
A very stout Defensive Tackle that will complete Houstons D-Line and make them a much better Defense.
Many people have forgotten what a great target Gresham can be; add him to Carson Palmer and Ocho Cinco, things could be looking good in Cincy.
A solid blocker who surprised many with his timed speed at the combine.
Another fast-rising prospect who ran a 4.6 at the combine, and put up 32 reps.
A protoypical #1 wideout, with an excellent combo of size and speed.
Great value pick here at 26. Weatherspoon is a guy that could go even higher after a good outing at the combine.
They brought back Darren Sproles and released Jamal Williams. A Nose Tackle is a must.
They lost Thomas Jones but Washington and Greene will replace him. They need a more sure-handed reciever because both Cotchery and Edwards have had their problems and their futures are uncertain. They might go with Jerry Hughes or Devin McCourty here as well.
He can be a Kevin Williams clone. Good replacement for Pat Williams.
A huge, quick Tackle that can play on either side. Bill Polian came out after the Super Bowl and said that the O-Line was their reason for losing.
Three starters from their O-Line are hitting free agency; he's a quality lineman that can play either Guard or Center.
