-The Browns are done experimenting with Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson; they just aren't going to win with either of them under center. Locker was a fast rising prospect after his good start to the season and his win over USC. He has excellent size (6-3, 226) and speed (4.4) for a Quarterback. Locker creates offense on every play whether it be with his feet or his arm, and that is exactly what the Browns need. Don't expect current coach Eric Mangini to still be around around next year. Most likely there will be a rookie Head Coach and a rookie Quarterback following in the same blueprint as Mike Smith and John Harbaugh.
